British Nordic Walking are the leaders in Nordic Walking instructor training in the UK. We train our instructors to teach the globally respected INWA 1--Step Method - the original Nordic Walking technique, developed by sports scientists and biomechanics experts to ensure that our Nordic Walkers can achieve the benefits that Nordic Walking is proven to bring.

As a Community Interest Company, we support our own community of Nordic Walkers, work with both commercial and community providers of Nordic Walking instruction, and support and disseminate research about Nordic Walking from our international family of INWA.
